JALEA GORDON

I grew up in the small town of Vandalia, Illinois. I was always in a sport no matter the time of year, with track & field being my strong suit. I went on to compete collegiately while earning my B.S. in Exercise Science at SIU Edwardsville. While there, I was introduced to a true strength and conditioning program where I was able to learn about the field and see how it could improve my performance drastically! The military brought my husband and me to Coronado, and we love it here, especially CFC!
